Refund and Cancellation
Advance payment once processed shall not be refunded under any circumstances. If intimated 15 days in advance, reservation can be utilised within 90 days from reservation confirmation date; which is subject to availability. Prior reservation and re-booking will not be considered for weekends, Diwali, Easter, Christmas and New year's and other holidays announced for Elections, etc. Also, the differential amount for tariff change (if any) shall be payable.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the cleanliness of the swimming pool, during monsoons, the pH level of the water being inconsistent, we regret any inconvenience caused. Non usage of the pool is not an eligible ground for refund.
The voluntary participation for activities and sports equipment during the stay in the premises at Forest Hills including the pool, ATV bikes, trampoline & swings etc would be at your own risk. The Management does not take any responsibility for death, injury or impairment due to any usage of the same. The Management does not have any provisions for a day care provider, hence children must be supervised and accompanied by an adult at all times, and the Management is not responsible for the same.

Meals and Timings
Breakfast : 0900 hrs - 1030 hrs
Lunch : 1300 hrs - 1430 hrs
High Tea : 1730 hrs - 1830 hrs
Dinner : 2100 hrs - 2230 hrs
Kindly note the following
All Meal packages are as per set menu decided prior to arrival. Any extras ordered will be on a chargeable basis.
Items in the set menu if ordered and eaten in advance will not be served again during the main meal service. If the same is asked to be served again it will be charged portion wise.
Items not consumed at meal times will not be served later or the next day nor will there be any credit given for the same. Separate meals for children and infants will be on a chargeable basis.
In room dining services will be chargeable as per the resort policies.
Drivers/Maids and accompanying staff are charged a nominal charge for their food and stay. Separate Meals are cooked and provided for staff and any items ordered from the a la carte menu or consumed from guest meals will be charged accordingly.
For a pleasant getaway with your pet, here are some common "petiquette" tips to keep in mind:
- Make sure your dog is up-to-date with vaccinations and has a current ID tag.
- Clean off your dog when it is wet or dirty, using provided towels, prior to letting them in your villa/tent.
- Clean up after your dog and dispose off any waste.
- Notify the operations team of any dog "accidents" immediately and request special remedial services.
