Guests are required to present a valid Aadhar Card or Passport for identification at the time of check-in.
A credit card guarantee is required at the time of reservation.
Advance payments are non-refundable. However, if the guest informs us at least 21 days in advance about a postponement, the same reservation can be utilised within 90 days, subject to availability. Please note that the revised booking may or may not be available on weekends or during festivals. If there is any change in tariff, the difference must be paid by the guest.
Children above 5 years will be charged at ₹5,000 per day.
Children above 15 years will be charged the adult rate.Drivers accompanying guests will be charged a nominal amount for food and stay.
Separate meals will be provided for them according to our scheduled timings.The management is committed to a Save Earth Policy.
Guests are kindly requested to switch off air conditioners and lights when not in the villa.

PET POLICY
For a pleasant getaway with your pet, here are some common “petiquette” tips to keep in mind:
- Make sure your dog is up-to-date with vaccinations and has a current ID tag.
- Clean off your dog when it is wet or dirty, using provided towels, prior to letting them in your villa/tent.
- Clean up after your dog and dispose off any waste.
- Notify the operations team of any dog “accidents” immediately and request special remedial services.
