Guests are required to present their Aadhar Card or Passport for Identification at the time of Check-In.
Credit Card Guarantee required at the time of reservation.
Advance once paid will not be refunded. However, if guest informs 21 days in advance of postponement of stay, then the same reservation can be utilized within 90 days subject to availability. The same reservation may or may not be available for weekends or festival-days. Moreover, should there be any change in the tariffs, differences will have to be paid by guest.
Children above 5 years will be charged @ Rs. 5,000/- per day. Children above 15 years will be charged as per the adult rate.
Drivers accompanying guests are charged a nominal amount for their food and stay. Separate meals provided for them according to our scheduled timings.

Guests are requested to shut off ACs, Lights whenever they are not in the Villas.

PET POLICY
For a pleasant getaway with your pet, here are some common “petiquette” tips to keep in mind:
- Make sure your dog is up-to-date with vaccinations and has a current ID tag.
- Clean off your dog when it is wet or dirty, using provided towels, prior to letting them in your villa/tent.
- Clean up after your dog and dispose off any waste.
- Notify the operations team of any dog “accidents” immediately and request special remedial services.
